The Subscribers file contains subscribers with a tracking event occurring during a specified data range.

Status

Status of subscriber
  • Active: Normal
  • Bounced: Message attempts have bounced but the subscriber does not qualify as held.
  • Undeliverable: Three or more sequential message attempts have bounced and the first and last sequential bounces were more than 14 days apart.
  • Unsub: Subscriber has unsubscribed from the message send.
