You can download dashboard pages and widgets so you can share them with multiple people within your organization. This download produces a local version of your dashboard page or widget.

- Go to the dashboard page or widget you want to download.
- Click the Share icon.
- Select quick download.
- Select the format you require: PNG, Excel, PDF, or PPT. The Task Processing window appears and notifies you when the export is ready for download.
- Click Download Now, and open your file.
Note
- When exporting to PPT, Marketing Cloud Intelligence automatically splits long pages into multiple slides according to the PPT slide height and the margin width at the top and bottom.
- When exporting to Excel, Marketing Cloud Intelligence automatically splits each widget on the dashboard page into individual tabs within the spreadsheet.
- When exporting to Advanced Export, you can customize the export layout, including widget size, page size, and hide widgets.
