Share installed apps to enable other user roles within your workspace to use the app.
You can share apps only with users who have access to your workspace. All admins of the workspace
automatically see all of the apps.

Access the Marketplace main page from the Marketplace tab in
Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

Click Go to Installed Solutions.

From the app you want to share, click Share.
All users who have access to the workspace appear in the list. You can search for a
specific user, share with all, or select a specific user from the list.

Select the option you require and click Share.
