Each Marketing Cloud Intelligence account can have multiple workspaces. Each workspace has its own data streams, dashboards, and reports. You typically use workspaces to separate clients, business units, channel views, internal views, or role-based views—whatever best fits your needs.
Your work environment displays one workspace at a time. When changes are made, they are only applied to the workspace you are working in. You can control your workspace settings from the workspace settings tab, found in your profile. Each workspace is defined with a default maximum number of allowed rows (50M). If you exceed this amount, an error message appears informing you that the workspace cannot be created. To extend the default amount, contact your Marketing Cloud Intelligence representative.
