Sometimes an entity is dependent on another entity. For example, if you create a calculated measurement in sandbox that is based on another calculated measurement also created in sandbox, the first measurement is dependent on the second to work correctly.

- Go to Sandbox Mode.
- Create a calculated measurement.
- Click Deploy.
If there is a dependency, a message informs you of the dependency and that the second measurement will be added to your deployment automatically. You can either remove the measurements from the deployment action or cancel the entire deployment.
