To connect your Order Management System (OMS) data to Marketing Cloud Intelligence to pull orders, fulfillment, shipping, payment processing, and more, you create an API data stream.

- On the Connect and Mix tab, expand Data Streams.
- Click Add New.
- Select the Order Management System connector.
- In the General section, enter your OMS credentials. The account you’re pulling data for is selected.
- Select the advertiser that you’re pulling data for.
- To change the mapping, click Mapping. You can always access mapping by selecting Map to Model at the bottom of the Create New Stream page.
- To define advanced settings for the data stream, at the bottom of the Create New Stream page, select Advanced Settings.
- Click Create.
Quality check your data.
- To create a match between the order key in Marketing Cloud Intelligence to the order in OMS, use the URL in OMS. The order key appears at the end of the URL.
- Create a report in the OMS platform for the date range and then process the relevant data stream in Marketing Cloud Intelligence for the same date range.
- Create a report, table widget, or pivot table in Marketing Cloud Intelligence containing the same dimensions and measurements for the same report and date range.
- Compare the measurement totals and make sure that they align.
