Granular Data Center Data Stream Creation

Create a Granular Data Center data stream to ingest granular data, such as event level or keyword level data.

There are three ways to pull data:

Drag & Drop Select a file stored on your computer, and drop it here. This uploaded file shows how data is previewed and mapped before the data stream and table are created within the Granular Data Center. These file formats are supported: .csv, .tsv, and .json
Technical Vendor Retrieve data by selecting from a list of available vendors. Technical vendors are data storage services such as DropBox and Amazon S3.
Marketing Vendor API Connection Retrieve data from a list of available platforms. Marketing vendors are for retrieving data from designated platforms such as Google ads and Facebook ads. These API connectors differ from regular Marketing Cloud Intelligence API connectors. They’re capable of retrieving high-volume granular data. Some of these connectors are only available in the Marketplace. To see more connectors, click Go to Marketplace for more connectors.
  • Use a Technical Vendor to Create a Granular Data Center Data Stream
To create a Granular Data Center data stream, use a technical vendor. A technical vendor is a data storage service, such as DropBox or Amazon S3. The process for defining the Granular Data Center data stream is dynamic according to the vendor, so it’s possible that not every step listed is relevant.
  • Use a Marketing Vendor to Create a Granular Data Center Data Stream
Use a marketing vendor to pull in your granular data when creating a Granular Data Center data stream. Marketing vendors are set up the same way as Marketing Cloud Intelligence API connectors, but these connectors are big data compatible and work differently.
