To create a data stream in Data 360: Data Cloud Architect

When querying large amounts of data, you might not receive all the results on the same day. For instance, ingesting 100 million rows requires running 2,000 queries, takes 2 days. For Query API and Insights API Corporate and Enterprise editions, you can run up 1,000 daily queries. However, due to Data 360 functionality, only 50,000 rows can be fetched per query.

You must have the Granular Data Center add-on. For more information, contact your Marketing Cloud Intelligence representative.

Note
Note You must first set up access from Data 360 to Marketing Cloud Intelligence before you can connect your data. For more information, see Set Up Access to Pull Data 360 Data
Note
Note Make sure you have at least one data stream defined in Data 360 before connecting Marketing Cloud Intelligence.
  1. On the Connect and Mix tab, under the Granular Data Center, select Granular Data Center Streams.
  2. Click Add New.
  3. Click Technical Vendor, and select Salesforce Data Cloud.
  4. Select Databases as the delivery method.
  5. Enter your Data 360 username and password.
  6. Write your SQL query.

For example, select * from ssot__Individual__dlm limit 2 queries two rows of all the columns in your data model object. Limiting the query to two rows gives quick results.

  7. To view a summary of your query result, click Evaluate.
  8. To confirm your credentials and verify your data, click Validate.
  9. Specify how often to run the query.
  10. Save the query.
  11. After the data is loaded, click Create.

A new data stream is created and you can now analyze your Data 360 data.
