B2B Referral Management comes with a set of objects to view and manage referral programs. Admins must provide role-specific object access to users in the org. For example, channel managers need permission to view, create, and edit referral programs and their related records whereas admins need access to delete records as well.

Tip The standard System Administrator profile comes with read, create, edit, delete,
view all records, and modify all records access for all B2B Referral Management objects. If
you assign the System Administrator profile to admins, you don’t need to provide them with
access to the B2B Referral Management objects. If you assign a custom profile to admins,
ensure that admins have the required object access.
