View Promotion Configuration

View the detailed configuration of a referral promotion with one click. Users with read-only access to referral entities can quickly view the promotion configuration. Promotion owners can review the promotion details and determine the changes they want to make without deactivating the promotion.

On the Promotions related list of a referral program, click the promotion name.
Click View Configuration.
All the configurations of the referral promotion appear in read-only mode.
