- Individual Application
- The record that represents a customer's new connection request. This record tracks the application's milestones.
- Entitlement process and SLA policy
- The rules that define the milestones a connection meets and the time allowed for each one.
- Business hours
- The operating schedule that milestone timers run against, so SLA clocks pause outside working hours.
- Milestone
- A time-bound step in the connection process (for example, Site Survey Complete), governed by an SLA target.
- Milestone Task
- A unit of work linked to a milestone. The ObjectMilestoneTask object connects a milestone to a task and marks whether it's active.
- Program-linked milestone templates
- Structured milestone sets that are auto-assigned to an Individual Application based on the program it's associated with (for example, residential electricity versus commercial gas).
- Milestone ownership
- Assign each milestone to a named user or a queue, so that the right team sees its work.
- Milestone Tracker component
- A Lightning web component that shows an application's milestones and tasks in a sortable table with status, owner, SLA due-in, and target/completion dates, plus a timeline view. Reps can pause, resume, and mark milestones completed directly from the tracker.
