Download Datapacks for Contact Center Console

Download Contact Center Console datapacks from static resources and save them on your computer.

For Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime, download these datapacks.

  • EUC_Console_OSRT_Vlocity_Datapacks: Includes Vlocity datapacks (Flexcards, Omniscripts, IPs, DRs)
  • EUC_Console_OSRT_Sfdx_Datapacks: Includes Salesforce metadata components.
  • EUC_Console_OSRT_IDV_Sfdx_Datapacks: Includes all SFDX components for Identity Verification.
  • EUC_Console_IVPD_Sfdx_Datapacks: This is only for troubleshooting. It includes Identity Verification process definition.

To download the datapacks, follow these instructions:

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Static Resources, and then select Static Resources.
  2. Select a static resource, and then click View File to download.
    Click View file to download static resources
  3. Wait for the file to finish downloading before moving to the next datapack file.
