# Download Datapacks for Contact Center Console

Download Contact Center Console datapacks from static resources and save them on your computer.

For Standard OmniStudio Content and Runtime, download these datapacks.

- EUC\_Console\_OSRT\_Vlocity\_Datapacks: Includes Vlocity datapacks (Flexcards, Omniscripts, IPs, DRs)
- EUC\_Console\_OSRT\_Sfdx\_Datapacks: Includes Salesforce metadata components.
- EUC\_Console\_OSRT\_IDV\_Sfdx\_Datapacks: Includes all SFDX components for Identity Verification.
- EUC\_Console\_IVPD\_Sfdx\_Datapacks: This is only for troubleshooting. It includes Identity Verification process definition.

For Standard OmniStudio Content, download these datapacks.

To download the datapacks, follow these instructions:

1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Static Resources, and then select **Static Resources**.
2. Select a static resource, and then click **View File** to download.

3. Wait for the file to finish downloading before moving to the next datapack file.
