Configure the Simplified SLA Setup

Set up the service-level agreement (SLA) policy that defines milestone targets for new connections.

User Permissions Needed
To configure simplified SLA setup: Customize Application
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Entitlement Settings, and select Entitlement Settings.
  2. Select Simplified SLA Setup.
    Important
    Important To use the Milestone Initiation Action and get a better user experience, turn on Simplified SLA Setup, and your existing SLA Policies appear on the new user interface.
  3. Save your changes.
  4. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter SLA Policies, and select SLA Policies.
  5. Create an SLA policy with the milestone targets for your connection process.
