Known Limitations in Multiplay Subscription Management (Managed Package)

Here are the current limitations of Multiplay Subscription Management.

  • Person Accounts aren't supported in Multiplay Subscription Management.

  • UoW for number change request and SIM replacement in-life flows is not supported.

  • 'AssetReferenceId' is not supported.

  • V2 attribute model is not supported.

  • In the guided selling flow, if you add too many products or large sized products to the cart, then the Review Order and Order Summary pages may not load. This occurs due to the JSON limit exceeding for the Integration Procedure (SFI-GetOrderProducts) being used. To overcome this issue, instead of using the Integration Procedure to call the CPQ API (CPQAppHandler.getCartsItems), call the API directly from the OmniScript.
