Assign Permissions to ESM Runtime Persona

To create a user with a service agent persona, you must assign the required permissions set licenses, managed permission sets, and object-level permissions as recommended in the sample permission sets.

For the ESM Runtime persona, verify if the following component access is assigned to the user:

  1. Grant the user access to Vlocity Document Template:
    1. Switch to Classic View.
    2. Click the + on the tab bar.
    3. Search for Libraries and click Libraries.
    4. Under My Libraries, click Vlocity Document Template.
    5. Click Add Members.
    6. Search for the user and add the user.
    7. Click Next.
    8. Grant the Viewer permission.
    9. Click Save.
  2. Assign the OmniStudio User and Communications Cloud Plus Runtime permission sets to the user.
