You only need to run this job once. There is no risk in
running it again. The system detects if the default time policy was
already generated.

To use contextual discounts feature, you must run this
job. This is required to define recurring adjustments for contextual
discounts.
This job creates a Time Policy and the name of the
policy is hardcoded. This Time Policy is used as the default when creating
a recurring discount.
Once the name of the Time Policy is
modified, recurring discounts cannot be defined.
