This job will create a default time policy with start policy as purchase date and end policy as end of plan duration.

            <p>To use contextual discounts feature, you must run this
              job. This is required to define recurring adjustments for contextual
              discounts.</p>
            <p>This job creates a Time Policy and the name of the
              policy is hardcoded. This Time Policy is used as the default when creating
              a recurring discount.</p>
            <p style="margin-bottom:0;">Once the name of the Time Policy is
              modified, recurring discounts cannot be defined.</p>
