Create a Price Book

Every price list must be associated with a price book in Salesforce. You can associate multiple price lists with the same price book. If you don't have a price book to use, you must create one.

1. Click the Price Books tab. If the tab is not displayed, click the All Tabs plus icon and click the Price Books link.
2. Click the New button.
3. Enter a unique name for the price book.
4. For example, Standard Price Book.
5. Select the Active checkbox.
6. Click Save.
