Use trip lists to plan visits based on a predefined sequence of customers. You can also use trip lists to create visits for the same customers in the same sequence on a regular basis. You can plan trip list-based visits for a specific day or week.

Sales Reps can have all trip lists over a period of 28 days available on their device. The system determines the validity period of trip lists as: (Trip_List.Valid_From <= current date - 14 days) and (Trip_List.Valid_Thru >= current date + 14 days). You can plan trip list-based visits from the weekly view.
- In the weekly view, tap the menu, and then select Create Visits Via TripList.
- Drop a trip list to a day of the week.
- Enter a date.
- To create a visit that takes a complete day, tap All Day.
- To change the visit type, tap Call Type, and then select a different template.

Confirm your selection.
If the trip list is valid for the selected date, the system creates a visit for each day of the week as specified in the trip list. For each customer of the trip list, the system creates a visit based on the visit template and the customer sort order that you defined in the trip list. The system automatically assigns jobs to the visits.
