Before you leave the warehouse or store to run the delivery visits, confirm the truck inventory with your signature and release the check-out document.

The tour has at least one product check-out document that isn’t Released or Canceled and the product check-out has been initiated.
- On the Tour Cockpit, select Check out products from the Start Tour Activities card.
- On the Checkout Documents page, select a check-out document.
- Tap Summary and then tap Release.

Provide the driver's name.
You can skip this step based on the Authentication setting in the Signature Template.
- Tap Sign now and sign the document.
- Tap Confirm and then tap Release.
The document status changes to Released. The admin creates the inventory and inventory transactions for the products in the released check-out document based on the inventory configuration settings in the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.
Post-sync, you can view the signature under the Signature section on the Order Header page and the driver name in the Signature object on the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.
