Mark all the preset store and Point of Sale audit questions as Done. The offline app then treats the question as answered. During mandatory checks preset responses are considered only if the Done flag set to true.

  1. On the Store Cockpit page of your Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app, tap Complete Visit. Alternatively, from the left pane, tap Visit Summary, and then on the visit summary page of a store, tap Complete.

You can also go to the user cockpit or the context menu in Calendar, tap Menu icon, and then tap Complete.

The start and stop time captured for a visit depends on the screen that you completed a visit from. When a visit is completed from the context menu, the start and stop time values are set to the current time. When you finish a visit from the Store Cockpit screen, the app records the time you started the visit as the start time and the time you finished the visit as the stop time.

If you open a visit that isn’t canceled or completed, and Capture Proceeding Time is enabled in the visit template, then the time that you open the visit is captured as the visit start time. If you open the visit again, the previously captured start time is overridden and the time that you opened the visit again is set as the visit's start time.

    Note
Note Visit status isn’t editable. The app determines the visit status during the execution and completion of actions for a visit.
  2. If you try to complete a visit containing open orders, a warning appears. First, close all open orders and then complete the visit.

You can start another scheduled visit without canceling or completing the previous visits.
