View the recent unread notifications on the Notifications card in the driver cockpit. You can view the messages and their priority, and manage the read or unread status.

The Notifications card doesn't show messages that are read.
Note The Notifications card shows only the notifications with the Task Record Type field set
as User Notification on the Consumer Goods Cloud desktop app.

To update the message status, tap Mark as Read from
for the message on the Notifications card.

To delete a notification, tap Delete from for the message on the Notifications card.
- To view the complete list of unread notifications for the driver, tap All Notifications on the Driver cockpit.

To update the message status (read or unread), tap the

icon.

To filter messages based on the message status, tap Filter Only
Unread or All Notifications from on the Notifications page.
