Finalize Van Sales Order and Print Invoice

Review the order items and notes, preview the invoice, sign and release the order, and print or share the invoice.

To finalize the order and print the order invoice:

On the Delivery Cockpit, select a van sales order that hasn't been released.
On the Order page, review the product quantities in the Items tab.
To review existing order notes by the supervisor or admin, tap Notes. You can also add a note for the supervisor.
To review the order header details, tap Header and select Payment Collected? for cash orders.
To view the draft invoice, tap Preview.
You can preview the cash invoice. The system adds a watermark in the generated PDF that indicates the invoice as a draft document.
Tap Release and then tap Submit. Alternatively, tap Sign Now to add the signature. Tap Confirm and then tap Complete.
