# Finalize Van Sales Order and Print Invoice

Review the order items and notes, preview the invoice, sign and release the order, and print or share the invoice.

1. On the Delivery Cockpit, select a van sales order that hasn't been released.
2. On the Order page, review the product quantities in the Items tab.
3. To review existing order notes by the supervisor or admin, tap **Notes**. You can also add a note for the supervisor.
4. To review the order header details, tap **Header** and select **Payment Collected?** for cash orders.
5. To view the draft invoice, tap **Preview**.
    
    You can preview the cash invoice. The system adds a watermark in the generated PDF that indicates the invoice as a draft document.
6. Tap **Release** and then tap **Submit**. Alternatively, tap **Sign Now** to add the signature. Tap **Confirm** and then tap **Complete**.

- The order status changes to Released.
- After releasing an order, you can print or share the cash invoice.
