Add signature tasks to an action plan template so field reps can capture signatures during a visit.
Required Editions
| Available in Lightning Experience in Professional, Unlimited, and Enterprise Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled. |
- From the App Launcher, find and open Action Plan Templates.
- Select the required template.
- Click New Signature Task.
- Enter a name and description for the signature task.

(Optional) Enter a display order.
Note Display order is the order in which the task is displayed for a visit. - If you want to make the task mandatory, select Required.
- Save your changes.
