Product templates are the blueprints for creating products. Product templates specify the basic characteristics of products that can be created by using a template.

CGCloud Business Admin OR CGCloud Retail Business Admin |
- From App Launcher, find and select Product Templates, and then click New.
- Select a record type, and then click Next.

Provide these details:
Field Description Identification Product Template Name Name of the product template. Active Indicates if a template is active. You can use only active templates to create products. Price Required Determines whether to add the price for a product. Record Type Indicates if the record is a product or product group. Sales Org Sales org of the product template. This field is editable only during creation. Description Description Language 1/2/3/4 Description of a product template in the languages configured for the sales org. - Save your changes.
