Use Assessment Indicator Values (AIV) to define the targets (in Retail Store KPI) and
capture the actuals (Retail Visit KPI) for an Assessment Indicator Definition (AID) of the type
Picklist. Set the target value as AIV in Retail Store KPI by associating the corresponding AIDV
for a Picklist AID. When you select a picklist option and provide the actual value during a
visit, the system automatically associates the AIV (actual) with Retail Visit KPI.
