# Define Target Values for a Picklist AID

Use Assessment Indicator Values (AIV) to define the targets (in Retail Store KPI) and capture the actuals (Retail Visit KPI) for an Assessment Indicator Definition (AID) of the type Picklist. Set the target value as AIV in Retail Store KPI by associating the corresponding AIDV for a Picklist AID. When you select a picklist option and provide the actual value during a visit, the system automatically associates the AIV (actual) with Retail Visit KPI.

### Required Editions

- Create a Retail Store KPI with AID as a Picklist.
- Add AIV to the related list for Retail Store KPI and Retail Visit KPI.

1. From the App Launcher, find and select **Retail Store KPI**.
2. On the Related tab for assessment indicator value, Click **New**.
3. Select an assessment indicator defined value.

The Assessment Indicator Defined Value (AIDV) picklist lists the AIDV names.
4. Save your changes.

Assessment Indicator Defined Values are associated with the chosen AID.

When you select an AID of type Picklist in RSKPI, you can define the target as an Assessment Indicator Value (AIV) in the Related List of RSKPI. Your users can select one of the picklist options as the actual value in a visit.
