- Set Up Agentforce for Revenue Management.
- Verify that Usage Management is turned on in the org before you use Billing Employee Assistance.
- Create a permission set that includes the Prompt Template User permission and these app permissions for flow and flow orchestration: Manage Flow, Run Flows, and View Flows.
- Assign this permission set to the appropriate standard user with a Billing Admin or Billing Operations User permission.
