# Set Up Billing Employee Assistance

To use additional Billing features, turn on the required features and assign permissions.

### Required Editions

2. Verify that [Usage Management](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.um_enable_usage_management.htm&language=en_US) is turned on in the org before you use Billing Employee Assistance.
3. [Create a permission set](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.perm_sets_create.htm&language=en_US) that includes the Prompt Template User permission and these app permissions for flow and flow orchestration: Manage Flow, Run Flows, and View Flows.
4. [Assign this permission set](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=platform.perm_sets_manage_assignments.htm&language=en_US) to the appropriate standard user with a Billing Admin or Billing Operations User permission.
