Turn on Repossession Management Decision Table. Decision Tables is included with your Automotive Cloud license and doesn't require separate enablement. See Enable Repossession Management in Automotive Cloud.
-
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter
Decision Table, and then select Decision Tables. - Open Repossession Notice Rule Eligibility.
- Confirm the source object is Repossession Notice Rule.
- Add a rule row.
-
Specify the rule's values: Jurisdiction, Purpose, Minimum Delinquency Days, Outstanding
Balance, Effective Start Date, and Notice Expiration Days.
Notice Expiration Days sets the cure period. The milestone-creation flow adds it to the notice log's creation date to calculate each milestone's Expired Date.
-
Select the required Notice Type.
On screen, notice types appear as values such as NoticeOfDefault, NoticeOfIntentToSell, and NoticeOfRepossession.
- Select the Notice Delivery Channel.
- Save the decision table.
When a Repossession is created, the framework compares these rules with the Repossession Notice Logs recorded for that Collection Plan or Financial Account. See Repossession Compliance Framework in Automotive Cloud.
Configuring notice rules doesn't create compliance milestones by itself. Milestones are created from Repossession Notice Logs only after you clone and activate the reference milestone-creation flow. Activate it as part of setup. See Activate the Milestone Creation and Record Alert Flows for Repossession Notices.
