Setup and Manage Automotive Cloud Agents in
Slack.
The agent can be accessed in Slack via Agentforce or the Account channel page. There is no automatic context picking in Slack. For example, if the Slack channel is for the account, John Smith, you must explicitly ask the agent to summarize the details for "John Smith" rather than saying "this account" in your prompts. You must continue to mention the agent in the account channel for it to act on your requests.
