Create an Agent from the Automotive Sales Concierge for Customers Template

Build an Agentforce Service agent with the CC Plus template, then add the Automotive Sales Concierge For CC Plus topic so logged-in customers can search vehicles and complete sales requests.

  1. Set up Einstein generative AI to get access to powerful generative AI features.
  2. Enable Agentforce.
