Sandbox Permission Discrepancy
For sandbox users to have the same feature access and licenses as production users, ensure
that the Match Production License tool is run in the sandbox environment,
especially after a release. Otherwise, sandbox user permissions won’t be automatically upgraded,
and users will lack access to features that are available in the production instance.
