## Sandbox Permission Discrepancy 


For sandbox users to have the same feature access and licenses as production users, ensure that the **Match Production License** tool is run in the sandbox environment, especially after a release. Otherwise, sandbox user permissions won’t be automatically upgraded, and users will lack access to features that are available in the production instance.
