After you create an actionable list, prepare it for your users and keep its membership current as your Data 360 data changes.
To understand who can view, edit, and delete list members after you share a list, review How Actionable List Sharing Works.
Add the latest records: To update a list with the latest Data 360 data, open the list and click Add Latest Records quick action. The list membership updates to match the current data, and records that are newly added to the list are assigned the default status defined for the list.

Considerations for Lists That Use Data 360 Data Model Objects
Consider these limitations when you work with lists that use Data 360 data model objects:
- You can't customize the columns in the list builder. The columns come from the DMO used by the Actionable List Definition.
- After you save a list, you set member statuses on individual records, but you can't change the statuses that are available. The available statuses come from the Actionable List Definition.
