# Work with Actionable Lists Created from Data 360 Data Model Objects

Set priority, assign Omniscripts for guided interactions, and assign actionable lists to users to engage with prospects, including existing customers.

### Required Editions

<table class="slds-table slds-table_bordered slds-max-medium-table_stacked slds-m-bottom_small edition"><colgroup><col></colgroup><tbody><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Lightning Experience</td></tr><tr class=""><td class="slds-cell-wrap" style="vertical-align:top;">Available in: Clouds that have Industry Sales Excellence and Data 360 licenses</td></tr></tbody></table>

After you create an actionable list, prepare it for your users and keep its membership current as your Data 360 data changes.

To understand who can view, edit, and delete list members after you share a list, review [How Actionable List Sharing Works](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=ind.actionable_list_sharing_model.htm&release=264.0.0&type=5 "Sharing works differently for an actionable list and for its members. A list uses standard sharing, but a member doesn't. Understanding both models helps you troubleshoot unexpected access and plan sharing before you roll out a list to your team.").

**Add the latest records**: To update a list with the latest Data 360 data, open the list and click **Add Latest Records** quick action. The list membership updates to match the current data, and records that are newly added to the list are assigned the default status defined for the list.

Map your objectives and actions with resource links.

## Considerations for Lists That Use Data 360 Data Model Objects

Consider these limitations when you work with lists that use Data 360 data model objects:

- You can't customize the columns in the list builder. The columns come from the DMO used by the Actionable List Definition.
- After you save a list, you set member statuses on individual records, but you can't change the statuses that are available. The available statuses come from the Actionable List Definition.
