Let Agentforce Service Agent Start Search-Based Conversations (Desktop)

Follow these steps to share search queries with Agentforce Service Agent.

  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and select All Sites.
  2. In Experience Workspaces, click the AI Experiences tile.
  3. In Settings, turn on Share search queries with Agentforce Service Agent.
  4. From Experience Builder, publish your experience site.
