Create a permission set that gives the channel account managers Create, Read, and Update
permissions on Partner Marketing Budgets.

If you have a Partner License and have enabled Experience Cloud sites, Market Development Fund
objects are available in your org.

From Setup, enter Permission in the Quick Find box, then select
Permission Sets.

Click New.

Enter your permission set information.

Select the channel account manager profile for the type of user that this permission set is
assigned to
