Request forms on standard components and pages automatically check for errors and prompt
users to fix the errors before submitting. If you invoked micro-batching for record creation using
the Apex method, resolve all form errors before submission. Errors not discovered before
submissions are sent to the site admin via email. You can also access errors that occur during
record processing using Connect API.

If you’re using micro-batching for self-registration, users receive an error email for any
issues that occur while the request is processing that they can fix. To configure the
self-registration user error email template, select from your site’s Workspaces.
You receive an error email containing information about which records failed to process and
why they failed if the issue is something that you, and not the user, can fix.
By default, error emails go to the site admin. To change who receives the error email, update
the Site.Admin field for the site.
You can also use Connect API calls to get more information about errors sent to you. This
example ConnectAPI call gets information about a registration
error.
GET /connect/communities/${communityId}/microbatching/errors". For example, "/connect/communities/${communityId}/microbatching/errors?processType=SELF_REGISTRATION&earliestDate=2021-11-16T16:17:31.797Z
After fixing the source of the problem, you can reprocess the record. You can also download
the data for records and discard errors.
