Use bookmarks to track Chatter posts that you’re interested in.

Bookmark a post by selecting Bookmark from the post’s overflow menu. After you bookmark a post, you can find it again easily through the Bookmarked feed on the left sidebar of the Chatter home page. The Bookmarked feed is personal. It shows only the posts that you bookmark. Other users can’t see which posts you’ve bookmarked.
When someone comments on a post that you bookmarked, you’re notified by email. Bookmark notifications are enabled by default, but you can change your email notifications.
There’s no limit on the number of bookmarks that you can add. When you’re no longer interested in a bookmarked post, you can remove the bookmark by selecting Remove Bookmark from the post’s overflow menu. This action removes the post from the Bookmarked feed.
