Run a Query
Run a query to get insights on your collective data. To run a query, the collaboration must be active.
- In Data 360, go to the Clean Rooms tab.
- Under Collaborations, open the collaboration to run the query on.
- Click Set Up Query.
- For Run Options, select Run now.
- If the use case includes more than one query, select a query for Query Name.
- For Query Run Name, enter a descriptive name that identifies this run in the Collaboration Results tab.
- For Consumer Segment, select the segment to compare.
- If the query uses parameters, enter a value for each parameter.
-
Click Run Query.
After the run completes, the result appears on the Collaboration Results tab. If a schedule already runs for the segment, Data 360 asks you to confirm. Click Run Anyway to run the query now. A manual run doesn't change the scheduled run.
Schedule a Query to Run on Segment Publish
Schedule a query to run automatically each time the consumer segment publishes. To schedule a query on segment publish, the collaboration must be active and the consumer segment must already have a publish schedule.
- In Data 360, go to the Clean Rooms tab.
- Under Collaborations, open the collaboration to run the query on.
- Click Set Up Query.
- For Run Options, select Schedule based on segment publish.
- For Schedule Name, enter a descriptive name that identifies this schedule later.
- If the use case includes more than one query, select a query for Query Name.
- For the Consumer Segment, select the segment to compare. Review the Segment Publish Summary to confirm the segment's Type, Frequency, Run Every, Start Date and Time, and End Date and Time.
- If the query uses parameters, enter a value for each parameter.
-
Click Schedule Query.
The schedule appears on the Scheduled Queries tab.
Note You can schedule only one query run for each consumer segment. For a custom template that uses parameters, you can schedule one run for each combination of segment and parameter values.
