Using a Black Book for Customer Management

Create and manage a list of your favorite customers in Point of Sale

A black book is a list of your favorite customers. With Point of Sale, you can create and manage multiple black books. A customer can be part of more than one black book. Additionally, you can send messages, such as sale notifications, to all the customers in a black book.

• Access the Black Book Feature
  Access your black book on the POS app by configuring a deep link in CMS.
• Create a Black Book
  Create preferred customer list in the POS app.
• Delete a Black Book
  Remove a preferred customer list in the POS app
• Manage the Customers in Your Black Book
  Add or remove customers from the Point of Sale black book with either the main black book screen or the customer’s profile.
• Email Customers in Your Black Book
  Send an email to the customers in your black book in the POS app app.
