# Using a Black Book for Customer Management

Create and manage a list of your favorite customers in Point of Sale

A black book is a list of your favorite customers. With Point of Sale, you can create and manage multiple black books. A customer can be part of more than one black book. Additionally, you can send messages, such as sale notifications, to all the customers in a black book.
