Get started with Point of Sale's by understanding the deployment lifecycle and key integration points. Quickly configure feeds, ERP, and payment gateways, and manage your store operations and analytics through the content management system.
Feeds
There are two modes of integration with the Point of Sale platform. The first mode of integration is "bulk" integration performed with feed files. Feed files are used to import the product catalog, categories, stores, and more. For an overview of how feeds work, refer to the Feeds Overview article. Feeds have a dedicated section within the help that contains the specifications for different types of feed files and how to manage feed imports in the CMS.
ERP Integration
POS can integrate with your ERP systems out of the box. See Integrate with ERP Systems to learn about how the integration works with different ERPs.
Payment Gateway Integration
Point of Sale integrates with many of the most commonly used payment gateways:
- Adyen
- Braintree
- PayPal
- Square
- Stripe
- Payeezy
See Configure Payment Gateways to learn about how the integration works with different payment gateways.
TLog / WebHook / POSLog
Transactions performed using the POS app can be exported using a transaction log export, also known as TLog. The export provides the message set necessary to transfer point-of-service information to external systems. See Export the Transaction Log (TLog) for more details.
Content Management System (CMS)
CMS manages the POS app. This includes everything from configuring feeds, designing the app experience, and viewing GMV and order data. See How to Access Point of Sale CMS for details on how to access the CMS.
