Identify and investigate these mismatches by accessing detailed information, including transaction details, payment information, and authorization amounts related to each order.
The Tender Reconciliation Report in CMS highlights orders where the order total doesn't match the collected tenders. Such discrepancies can result from technical issues, rounding errors, and manual adjustments. Additionally, orders with partial payments or deposits are marked as discrepancies.

You can view the tender details for a specific order by clicking Details under the last column in the report. This will open a window displaying the transaction ID, payment ID, payment method, payment status, request ID, and amount authorized with the tender.
