# Tender Reconciliation Report in Point of Sale

Identify and investigate these mismatches by accessing detailed information, including transaction details, payment information, and authorization amounts related to each order.

The Tender Reconciliation Report in CMS highlights orders where the order total doesn't match the collected tenders. Such discrepancies can result from technical issues, rounding errors, and manual adjustments. Additionally, orders with partial payments or deposits are marked as discrepancies.

This report is part of the metrics displayed in Point of Sale's Sales Audit dashboard.
