Manager Override on the POS App

For features that require 'Manager Override', Store Managers and Area Managers ‌enter their credentials to approve the associate's action.

Configuration on Permission - No Sale

You can turn on/off the manager's override for No Sale. If the manager's approval is turned on, the associate will be able to use the No Sale feature with the manager's override.

  1. Go to CMS > Store Management > Store Setting > Store Register.
  2. Turn on or turn off the setting to require manager approval for no sale'.
  3. Click Save.

Configuration on Permission - Transaction Discount

You can set the max discount amount that a Store Associate can apply.

  1. Go to CMS > Store Management > Store Setting > Cash.
  2. Set Transaction Limits.
  3. Select Save.

Configuration on Permission - Cash Returns

You can turn on/off the manager's approval if the cash returns exceeded the max amount of cash return.

  1. Go to CMS > Store Management > Store Setting > Return Policies.
  2. Edit Cash Returns.
  3. Select Save.
