Omnichannel: Configuring Delivery and Pickup Dates

Configure delivery and pickup dates to provide customers with the ability to select delivery options in the Point of Sale (POS) app.

The POS app provides an option to capture delivery and pickup information (dates, person of contact, and so on) at the item level. Point of Sale supports three methods for configuring delivery dates on the POS app: manual CMS configuration and defaults provided by Point of Sale backend (30-day window frame excluding Sundays).

  3. Turn on Enable omni fulfillment options V2.
  4. To configure delivery options:
    1. Turn on Ship to Home
    2. Check Ask for delivery date
